Design by Seif gives you tools to design clothes, build an online store and take cash-on-delivery orders. These terms explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account. Keep it safe — anyone who can use it can use your stores. You can run up to three stores on one account.

Free and paid

Signing in, building stores, adding products and using the 3D studio are free. Publishing a store — making it visible to shoppers and able to take orders — needs an active membership, billed monthly. A month that has started is not refunded. If a membership ends, your stores close to visitors until it is renewed; nothing is deleted.

Your store, your business

You are the seller. You are responsible for your products, prices, descriptions, photos, delivery and returns, for confirming orders, and for collecting cash on delivery. Orders are a contract between you and your customer; we provide the software.

Don't sell anything illegal, counterfeit or harmful, and only use designs, photos and names you have the right to use. We may close stores that break these rules or the law.

Your customers' details

Orders include names, phone numbers and addresses. Use them only to deliver orders and look after your customers — never sell or share them.

Our service

We work hard to keep everything running, but the service is provided as it is; we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We are not liable for lost sales or profits. We may improve and change features over time.

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll tell you on the site before it applies.
