Questions
Good to know.
Do I pay before I can try it?
No. Signing in is free, and so is building your store, adding products and designing in 3D. You pay the monthly membership only when you want to publish — the moment shoppers can see your store and order.
How do my customers pay?
Cash on delivery. They fill in their name, Egyptian mobile number and address; you confirm the order (a WhatsApp button is right there), ship it, and collect the cash on delivery.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No commission at all. Your membership is the only thing you pay us.
What will my store's address be?
For now every store lives at designbyseif.com/your-name — pick any free name and change it later. Your own domain is coming.
Can I sell things that aren't T-shirts?
Yes. Upload photos of anything — hoodies, bags, accessories — with any options you like (size, colour, material). The 3D studio is there for the pieces you design yourself.
Does it work on my phone?
Everything does. On iPhone, open the site in Safari, tap Share → Add to Home Screen, and it opens like an app with its own tab bar.
